The
Tailor is, despite his horrific appearance and penchant for self-mutilation,
actually one of the better gods, in terms of gods who wouldn't make
you regret running into them on the street, and more likely than most
to be helpful. The trouble starts when his help is more than anyone
can afford, or turns into one of those tiresome lessons about how revenge
deadens the soul, etc. |

The
raven gods, of which there are at least seven, are all tradesmen. The
Tailor himself is the last of them, and sort of doubles as a surgeon,
as well as picking up all sorts of mythological tailor-type duties, like cutting
off the thumbs of children . |
